Terms of Use

This addendum supplements the Terms & Conditions (AGB) of Heronhel LLC. It contains important notices about contraindications, participation requirements, as well as cancellation and withdrawal conditions.

1. Contraindications

The provider’s offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.

Please do not book participation if any of the following apply, unless you have explicitly discussed it with your treating physician/therapist:

  • acute psychological disorders or crises (e.g. severe depression, psychosis, acute traumatic stress disorders),

  • ongoing psychiatric treatment without consultation with qualified professionals,

  • acute physical illnesses that make participation impossible.

Participation is always at your own responsibility.

2. Participation Requirements

For participation in courses, sessions, and workshops the following apply:

  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • Stable psychological and physical baseline condition.

  • Technical requirements: reliable Internet connection, a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and, where applicable, access to Zoom.

  • A confidential, quiet environment during live sessions is recommended.

Implementing / applying the content taught is the participant’s responsibility.

3. Appointments & Cancellation / Withdrawal Conditions

1:1 Sessions

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment.

  • If cancelled later or no-show, the full fee is due.

  • Rescheduling to another appointment is possible up to 72 hours before, subject to availability.

Workshops & Online Courses (Live Workshops etc.)

  • Digital content, once made accessible (activated), cannot be returned (i.e. the right of withdrawal expires if you agree to immediate access).

  • For booked live workshops: you may withdraw up to 2 days before start, after that the full fee is due.

4. Practical Notes

  • The content (materials, audios, videos, scripts) is protected by copyright and intended solely for personal use.

  • Sharing, duplicating or publishing — including Zoom-links — is prohibited.

  • If there are technical problems on the participant’s side (e.g. Internet connection, device), there is no entitlement to refund.

  • In case of technical failures on the provider’s side, a replacement date or substitute service will be offered.

5. Final Provisions

  • This addendum is part of the AGB (Terms & Conditions) and is updated regularly. The currently valid version is accessible on this page.
