FOUNDER OF ECHO®

With the systemic-somatic method ECHO® she has developed a process that targets transgenerational imprints, locates them precisely, and dissolves them at their root — pragmatically, powerfully, and profoundly.

ReRooting® takes this work further: as a cyclical model of cultural reconnection, anchored in the European Medicine Wheel.

Spiritual Sovereignty

Epigenetic Empowerment.

Born in the Teutoburg Forest, Kaja has lived, among other places, in Arizona and the Canary Islands. There, she gained deep insights into indigenous cultures and learned what reconnection to one’s own roots truly means — whether through ancestors, the earth, or mythology.

After anchoring in Hamburg for many years, she now lives very contentedly in Lisbon, the City of Light.

Rituals in ancient Celtic stone circles and strolling along the grand Avenida Liberdade, deep moments at the Gathering by the Externsteine, and vibrant life in an elegant rooftop bar — for Kaja the world is not an either/or, but a “more-of”.

KAJA is convinced:

Every woman has the right to be who she really is.

And the current generations of women are the first who can truly find that out and live it — beyond patriarchal myths, societal narratives, and family expectations.

KAJA loves clear words, deep rituals, and open questions.

She enjoys watching passing ships from her balcony, a properly good late summer (“Altweibersommer” in German), and a sharp breeze. Then Ostfriesentee (East Frisian tea) tastes especially good. Alongside salty licorice, after a home-visit in the North, it’s always in her luggage.
